AMPERSAND does not issue refunds or exchanges for any of its products, except in the rare occurrence when a product arrives damaged and unusable. At its sole discretion, Ampersand may replace product(s) proven to be lost by its shipping provider, U.S.P.S. Please contact us at info@AMPERSANDcbd.com with detailed information and photographs of the damaged products within 7 business days of delivery. We are not able to process refunds for orders returned to us without prior communication.
